Limited Edition Nr. 01 blends 50% Blaufränkisch, 30% Pinot Noir and 20% Merlot from vines over 60 years old on the Neckenmarkter Hochberg. The wine spent 24 months in new French barriques and close to 18 years ageing in bottle before being gently dealcoholized as a cuvée, using vacuum distillation with aroma recovery and nothing added.
