Fizz started the way all great things do—with a conversation and a little curiosity. One of us, an interior designer inspired by eclectic beauty and the stories spaces can tell. The other, a food and beverage expert who knows that the best gatherings are about more than what’s on the table—it’s the company, the connection, and the details that make it unforgettable.

We began experimenting at our own gatherings, swapping out booze for something fresher, something with a little more spark. What we found? We didn’t miss the alcohol one bit. Instead, we found that our non-alc drinks elevated the moment—through flavours that surprised us and bottles that felt as thoughtful as the rest of the setting.

Fizz is our way of sharing that connection. A bottle shop, yes—and also a celebration of the way we come together, with drinks that inspire, a space that invites, and an experience that feels entirely your own.

FAQS

Are all your products non-alcoholic?

Yep! All the products on our site are non-alcoholic, meaning they contain 0.5% ABV or less. We’ve clearly labelled each product with its ABV so you know exactly what you’re getting.

To put 0.5% ABV in perspective, it’s about the same as what you’d find in kombucha, fruit juice, or even a cut pineapple left out on the counter. In Canada, beverages with 0.5% ABV or less are officially considered non-alcoholic because the alcohol content is so minimal it’s unlikely to cause intoxication or physiological effects.

Where in Victoria do you deliver to?

At the moment we only deliver to the greater Victoria, BC area in the following neighborhoods: Langford, Metchosin, Colwood, View Royal, Oak Bay, Sidney, Brentwood Bay, Central Saanich, Victoria, and Esquimalt. What are your delivery rates?

We offer a $10 flat fee for all delivery orders. We also offer free delivery for all orders $150 or more. These rates will be automatically applied at checkout.

What if I miss my delivery?

When you checkout we ask for your phone number just in case we can’t get your delivery to you. If we can’t connect, we will reschedule your delivery for the next available delivery date.

Do you accept refunds or returns?

Due to the nature of our small business we do not accept returns or refunds at this time.
