Designed to feel good

Our footprint may be small, but the experience is expansive. Inside a heritage building on Lower Johnson, FIZZ plays with the tension of past and present — historic details meet contemporary design, with an interior built for curiosity and connection.

FIZZ is building community around how we gather. From tastings and ritual-driven events to The Neighbours Table series spotlighting local makers, we’re creating space for connection — liberated from alcohol, but full of presence, clarity, and joy.

FAQS

Are all your products non-alcoholic?

Yep! All the products on our site are non-alcoholic, meaning they contain 0.5% ABV or less. We’ve clearly labelled each product with its ABV so you know exactly what you’re getting.

To put 0.5% ABV in perspective, it’s about the same as what you’d find in kombucha, fruit juice, or even a cut pineapple left out on the counter. In Canada, beverages with 0.5% ABV or less are officially considered non-alcoholic because the alcohol content is so minimal it’s unlikely to cause intoxication or physiological effects.

Where in Victoria do you deliver to?

At the moment we only deliver to the greater Victoria, BC area in the following neighborhoods: Langford, Metchosin, Colwood, View Royal, Oak Bay, Sidney, Brentwood Bay, Saanich, Central Saanich, Victoria, and Esquimalt. As we grow, we’ll keep you posted on new communities we may be popping up in. Sign up for our newsletter in the footer to stay in the know.

What are your delivery rates?

We offer a $10 flat fee for all delivery orders. We also offer free delivery for all orders $150 or more. These rates will be automatically applied at checkout.

What if I miss my delivery?

When you checkout we ask for your phone number just in case we can’t get your delivery to you. If we can’t connect, we will reschedule your delivery for the next available delivery date.

Do you accept refunds or returns?

Due to the nature of our small business we do not accept returns or refunds at this time.
