The Story

DIVIN is a pioneer in alcohol-free wines from the Loire Valley. This sparkling Sauvignon Blanc is crafted from grapes selected for their aromatic potential and natural balance between sweetness and acidity. The wine is dealcoholized using vacuum distillation at low temperature, preserving the delicate aromas before being blended back with the captured aromatic compounds. Finally, CO₂ is added to create a lively sparkling wine while maintaining its fresh Sauvignon Blanc profile.
