Handcrafted in Copenhagen by a sommelier and a fermentation expert, ARENSBAK Red is a bold reimagining of red wine—crafted from fermented Shu Puerh tea rather than grapes, then layered with real fruit, herbs, and oak for structure and depth.
Serve slightly chilled (12–14 °C) in a large glass. Decant for 30 minutes to let the flavours evolve. Savour with mushrooms, braised meats, or celebrate with intention.
