Product Story

THE MOOD
Pale, dry and easy to love. Long lunches, patio evenings, and the kind of dinner where the table stays full for hours.

THE TASTE
Soft red berries and a lift of florals, light and elegant, finishing clean and dry.

THE STORY
Made from organically grown Tempranillo, the grape behind Spain's great reds, here in a pale, delicate rosé. Crafted on the Rhine in Rüdesheim, Germany. BonBon starts as real wine: grapes, fermentation, the works. Then the alcohol is drawn out gently at low temperature, so the aroma, freshness and structure stay behind. The labels are made with contemporary artists, including Spanish illustrator José Miguel Méndez and London's Hattie Stewart. It's a bottle you'll want on the table, and maybe on the shelf after. Under 0.5% alc./vol., 24 calories a glass. Just landed in Victoria, and our first allocation is small.

THE RITUAL
Serve at 8–10°C in a white wine glass. Good with crisp salads, sandwiches and wraps, seafood, fresh berries or strawberry mochi. Once opened, keep it cold and finish within 3–5 days.
