How to Make a Non-Alcoholic Gin Martini

Ingredients (per cocktail):

• 3 oz Gin
• 2–3 dashes Bark & Bitter Bitters
• Ice
• Perelló Spicy Olive (garnish)

Method:

1. Add Gin and bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice.
2. Stir for 15–20 seconds until very cold and well-diluted.
3. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora or Martini glass.
4. Garnish with Perelló spicy olives on a pick.
