How to Make a Non-Alc Paper Plane

Ingredients (per cocktail):

• 1 oz Free Spirits Bourbon
• 1 oz Wilfred’s Bittersweet Aperitif
• 1 oz Amaro
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• Ice

Method:

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake hard for 10–12 seconds until frosty.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
