Copenhagen Sparkling Tea – LYSERØD

THE TASTE
The driest Copenhagen Sparkling Tea to date. White Silver Needle tea gives a velvety feel, two Oolongs bring length and complexity, and hibiscus and sencha add discreet fruit.

THE STORY
A cuvee of 11 organic teas, each brewed at its own temperature and time, then blended with a small base of grape must and a dash of lemon juice — the way a cuvee of grapes is built for champagne. Created by Danish award-winning sommelier Jacob Kocemba. Organic and vegan friendly, 0% alcohol, 20 g/L sugar. Contains sulphites.

THE RITUAL
Serve at 5°C in a champagne glass, as a dry aperitif or through a meal. Especially good with light, salty dishes: fish, seafood, charcuterie and particularly oysters.
