This Pinot Noir begins as a traditionally vinified red, aged with a touch of oak for balance and structure. The alcohol is then gently removed, preserving the depth, freshness, and delicate tannins that define cool-climate Pinot Noir. The result is a dry, sophisticated red that honours its terroir without compromise.
