The Story:
Part of Edenvale’s Expedition Series, this sparkling wine is crafted in Spain from Chardonnay grapes, then gently liberated from alcohol while preserving its natural varietal character. Since 2006, Edenvale has led the way in producing sophisticated, alcohol-free wines using spinning cone technology to protect flavour and aroma—bringing the experience of traditional wine to every occasion.

Stone fruit richness meets crisp citrus and apricot, finishing with a lively tingle of acidity. Light, bright, and endlessly refreshing.

Fizz Notes:
Gluten-Free. Certified Sustainable Vineyard. Currently not vegan—but moving towards certification soon.

De-alcoholised wine (~94%), grape juice concentrate (~6%). Contains sulphites.
