Bright orange in the glass. Fresh grapefruit citrus balanced by the depth of gentian and a herbal edge. Long, pleasantly bitter finish.
THE STORY
From Maison Giffard in Angers, France — a distillery famed for its liqueurs since 1885. The alcohol-free range is built the same way as the classics: this Spritz is a maceration of grapefruit zest in white wine vinegar, enhanced with gentian extract. Concentrated aromatics, restrained sugar for the style, designed for building proper zero-proof cocktails.
THE RITUAL
Serve as a spritz: 60ml over ice, topped with sparkling water or an NA sparkling wine, garnished with an orange slice. Also works as an aperitivo modifier in NA cocktails.
