The Story
Hand on Heart Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted in California by Miller Family Wines using 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The wine is fermented with grape skins for 14 days and aged with French oak to build structure and depth. It is then dealcoholized to under 0.5% ABV while maintaining its varietal character.
The Ritual
