Antidote

From natural winemaker Romain des Grottes in Beaujolais, Antidote is a sparkling, zero-proof expression of the vineyard made with Gamay grapes, apple and an infusion of herbs and botanicals.

Juicy red fruit gives it weight and generosity, while ginger, lemon, rosemary, thyme and verbena bring savoury, herbal complexity and a gentle bitterness. Fine bubbles and bright acidity keep everything fresh and lifted.

Antidote is made with the same attention to balance Romain brings to his traditional wines — fruit, acidity, bitterness and bubbles working together in the glass. Vibrant, slightly wild and wonderfully food-friendly.
