The Story

Crafted from French Chardonnay and matured for four months in barrel, this cuvée preserves the structure and aromatic profile of traditional wine while removing the alcohol. The result is a dealcoholized Chardonnay designed to maintain the character of the original wine while offering fewer calories and no added sugar.

The Ritual

Serve chilled between 6–8 °C in a narrow tulip-style white wine glass to concentrate its aromas and freshness.
Pairs well with creamy chicken with mushrooms, cheese and spinach tart, or other rich yet delicate dishes.
