Proxies Bubbly White

A collaboration between Proxies and sommelier Kristin Olszewski of Nomadica Wines, this non-alcoholic sparkling white is inspired by coastal Mediterranean whites with a hint of skin contact. Bright, aromatic, and effervescent, it's zesty, fresh, and floral with a touch of salty ocean mist.

Best enjoyed chilled in a wine glass to fully appreciate its aromatic profile. Pairs well with summer beach days, caprese salads, crudo, cheese plates, all veggie greens (raw or roasted), sandwiches, and lunch dates.
