The Story
Saicho Osmanthus is a sparkling tea made from Tie Guan Yin oolong sourced from Xianyou County in Fujian, China. Harvested in autumn and scented with osmanthus blossoms, it expresses both terroir and traditional tea craftsmanship. The tea is grown at 800m altitude at Jinxi Tea Estate, balancing floral aromatics with structure and freshness.
