The Story:
Sober Spirits begins with an authentic French Caribbean rum, distilled traditionally at 65% ABV before its transformation. The alcohol is carefully removed in Grasse, the fragrance capital of the world, using a high-precision extraction process. The removed ethanol is repurposed for perfumery, while the de-alcoholised spirit is redistilled in century-old pot stills with French oak bark.

This technique preserves the original rum’s aromatic complexity, structure, and mouthfeel—without alcohol or sugar. It’s no surprise that Sober Spirits R 0.0% has been awarded World’s Best Non-Alcoholic Rum three years in a row across the industry’s most respected blind-tasting competitions in San Francisco and London.

The Taste:
Slightly woody, smooth, and aromatic with notes of caramelised dried fruits and a gentle touch of vanilla. Balanced, long, and authentically rum-like.

The Ritual:
